Inviting applications for the role of SAP/Process Analyst – Planning Center of Excellence - USA (any location) • In this role, you will need to apply domain expertise (supply chain), analytical skills to conceptualize, create and implement solution around Planning • Working knowledge of SAP • Expected to understand processes related to Demand optimization, Inventory Optimization, Supply Allocation and Sourcing, Replenishment Management, Production Scheduling, Capacity Management to provide best in class solutions, approach to solve problem revolving around these points • Understand Supply Chain related process in Planning domain, preferably in Aviation/ /Manufacturing/Hi-Tech customers and suggest methods of improvement to achieve business goals • Understand the logic used for calculating Promise Date, Available to Promise from planning perspective, to improve Customer Service Level or On-time Delivery • Adapts quickly to computer applications & systems and is proficient MS Office Suite of products • Must be able to work with IT to diagnose issues and implement changes Skills: • Strong Process Development, Improvement and Implementation experience • Self-motivated and independent personality with strong problem-solving skills • Well-developed interpersonal / communication skills. • Demonstrates problem solving skills and working under tight timelines; multi-tasking abilities; exception-based management capability. • Ability to balance priorities across multiple internal and external stakeholders • Ability to learn new systems quickly and leverage systems and information to influence others • Leading client conversations and engagements • Good analytical planning tool knowledge • Experience in inter-team relationship management Knowledge: The role needs supply chain management specific skillset with in-depth knowledge of Planning. The resource would need functional experience to analyze and react to dynamic supply chain challenges. The resource needs to have analytical thinking ability with reasonable experience in data analysis. Should also have hands on experience in SAP & RCA to fix the planning issues.
