Job Description

Skills – Headstrong Services LLC seeks Business Analyst – Systems Specialist (multiple positions) in Richardson, TX to implement specific distribution strategies for investment ideas with data centric approach using macroeconomic analysis, equity market expertise, and data analytics. Employ knowledge of business process management to interpret clients' technical and operational requirements and procedures and apply them to production support and full lifecycle development of complex enterprise solutions. Employ SQL to analyze large data sets and manage various business and functional requirements. Communicate effectively with project team members and clients to report progress and identify emerging issues. Responsible for consolidating data across various applications and fulfill tasks using database, analytical tools, and automation. Apply knowledge of domain concepts, financial products, and techniques to ensure that critical business functionality is addressed in the project plans. Apply various methodologies to create, manage, and execute test strategies, plans, and scripts to support the application suites.

Education – Position requires a Master's degree in a Business Administration, Finance, International Management, or related field and 2 years of experience in the job offered, a related Financial/Systems Analyst position, or related occupation. Alternatively, a Bachelor’s in a Business Administration, Finance, International Management, or related field and 5 years of progressively responsible post-Bachelor's experience in the job offered, a related Financial/Systems Analyst position, or related occupation is also acceptable. Foreign equivalent degrees are acceptable. Position headquartered in Richardson, TX with travel required to unanticipated project sites throughout the U.S. based on client need.
